1. Free services and closing fees
Listing a property through the self-service plan and requesting an offer through Home Posted are free. A disclosed seller-paid transaction coordination fee may apply only to an eligible sale that closes, and is collected from proceeds by the title company or closing attorney. It is not an upfront purchase and is not covered by this refund policy. Transaction coordination fees remain disabled pending legal approval.
2. Full-Service Verified listing plan
The optional Full-Service Verified listing plan is a separate $1,999 upfront service. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on work already ordered or completed, including photography, inspection, verification, and advertising services.
If no third-party service has been ordered and no campaign work has begun, the plan is eligible for a full refund. If work has begun, we will disclose completed or non-cancelable costs before determining any partial refund.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@homeinvestor.co with your order number or the email used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor (Stripe) and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. No recurring seller subscription
The free listing plan and Full-Service Verified listing plan do not create a recurring seller subscription. Any future recurring product will disclose its cancellation terms before checkout.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback, we can almost always resolve refund issues directly and faster than your bank. Email support@homeinvestor.co.
